More than 10 years ago, in 2008, WAPS Solutions emerged as a consulting company focused on Service Management in after-sales, participating in important projects with Industry and Retail, contributing significantly through strategies, processes and policies. to meet the needs of our customers.

Even today, we continue to focus on providing new experiences (Knowhow) to our Clients, in addition to the good market practices that can be evidenced, from the provision of our consulting services, today directed to the provision of BPO – Business Process Outsourcing (Outsourcing of Business Processes), as well as in our other areas of activity, which include Sales, Lease and Repair of Smartphones, Laptops, Desktops and Corporate Printers.

We operate in the Public and Private segments in the sale of new or semi-new electro-electronic equipment with a guarantee for the IT, Telephony and Infrastructure lines, among others.

We are competitive in the proposals presented, as our differential is our equipment recovery process and our own Technical Assistance service, ensuring product quality, as well as applied contractual guarantee.

We practice:

  • Sale of Corporate Smartphones;
  • Sale of Laptops;
  • Desktop sales;
  • Sale of Printers;
  • Sale of Peripherals (Mouses, Keyboards, Fonts, Motherboard, HDs, SSDs etc).

Equipment Rental and Management

 

We have consolidated partnerships with large companies in the Public and Private segment, through lease contracts for the supply of Complete Infrastructure, operating in the lines of Telephony, IT, Printers, among others.
Our focus is to minimize our customers’ initial investment costs, as well as to avoid the obsolescence of the installed park, as well as to manage the allocated equipment, through the administration of Support and After-Sales for the customer.

Repair / Remanufacture of Electronic Products

 

We operate in all stages of the repair chain as well as in the Remanufacturing processes also known as “Refurbished” of products for the lines of Telephony, IT, Printers, among others. We provide flexibility, agility and quality of services to our customers, through:

  • Laptop repair;
  • Desktop repair;
  • Printer Repair;
  • Repair of Barcode Readers;

BPO – Business Process Outsourcing

 

We have strong performance and important Business Cases in Project Development and Operational Management, in partnerships with large companies in the segments of Industry, Telecommunications and Retail Networks, among others.

Our main focus involves acting and contributing to the improvement and organization of the processes of activities and business functions that are not part of the CORE BUSINESS of companies, allowing, among other gains, situations called Budget Saving (budget saving).

We have modern facilities and a large office located inside a shopping center that has a complete infrastructure for parking, loading and unloading, monitoring, biometric access control and meeting rooms.

Our head office is located in the Metropolitan Building in the city of Taboão da Serra, Greater São Paulo, with easy access to the Régis Bittencourt, Raposo Tavares, Castelo Branco and Marginais Pinheiros and Tietê highways.
